It has been evident for a while that there is a need for this product. As the CEO of all Tj maxx, Marshall's, and Homegood stores I believe cold heartedly that this POS device will have all the perks our companies have been so desperately needing over the last decade or so. We are introducing this product in the Spring of April 2019. It will be launched in all of our stores and will be in use as soon as we get all the items in. Before getting into too much detail, I just wanted to go over the two major applications that this device brings. It provides us with a "check out" station which is a great way to get your shopping done efficiently. Waiting in long lines can be stressful, and now we can officially avoid all of that. The next selection is called our "send the love" app. If we don't have that specific item for you in stock, maybe another one of our stores can. In doing this, we can check other of our stores merchandise, put that that item on hold for you, and now you have that perfect item you were looking for! This is a great way to avoid going from store to store. We do have one more function, but this is mostly for our employes usage. So, not only does this device help our customers, it also assists our employees. I'm so excited and hopeful with our new technology; this will benefit everyone to achieve the best shopping experience.
